    Jen can provide several supportive bodywork modalities that are incredibly beneficial to pregnant women (see benefits below). She provides a variety of modalities including Pregnancy Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Breast Massage, Visceral Work, & gentle Myofascial Work that can bring many benefits to your changing body.

    Pain relief: Helps ease muscle pain, joint pain, and tension, especially in the lower back, neck, shoulders, and legs. It can also reduce symptoms of pregnancy related Sciatica.

    Stress reduction: Aids in relaxation, reducing anxiety and stress, and enhancing overall well-being.

    Prep & Support for Breastfeeding/Lactation: Jen provides massage work to the breast to prep for lactation & while breastfeeding. This work helps keep ducts open & decrease the chances of infections like mastitis & thrush.
