A Chi Nei Tsang session is extremely relxaing, many clients often fall asleep or go into a deep almost meditative-like state. Jen can work through clothing, a sheet or directly on the skin according to each client’s preference. Work typically takes place around the ribcage, abdominal, pelvic & lower back areas.
